Do you posses excellent communication skills, and interact well with clients?

Are you a motivated self starter that can work on short notice?

Are you proficient with general hand tools, and tech devices (phones/tablets/laptops)?

Do you have at a minimum basic knowledge of residential homes structural & mechanical systems?
